CloudClevr 2025: A year of unification, progress, and laying foundations
2025 was a pivotal year for CloudClevr.
Not because everything changed overnight – but because we reached a major milestone in transformation by bringing together our four acquired businesses, unifying teams, and reshaping systems into a more unified organisation with a shared direction for the future.
One that is capable of powering the next era of cloud, communications, and IT services in the UK.
Today, we stand as one organisation, one brand, one converged managed services provider – clearer, stronger, and more ambitious than ever.
From completing one of the most ambitious integration programmes in our sector, to securing a new long-term funding partnership to fuel our next phase of growth, deepening strategic partnerships, winning major awards, and strengthening our impact in local communities, this was the year CloudClevr levelled up.
Here’s a look back at some of the defining milestones in the last 12 months.
Laying the foundation: Reaching a major integration milestone
One of the most significant achievements of 2025 was reaching a key milestone in our integration journey – bringing NGC Networks, 4Sight Communications, Bamboo Technology Group, and Twisted Fish together under the CloudClevr brand.
What began with four strategic acquisitions between 2023 and 2024 became, in April 2025, one unified brand and one team.
This went far beyond a rebrand. It involved substantial change across the business, including:
- A more unified organisational structure across sales, customer services, engineering, and technical support
- The establishment of a practice consultancies covering our six technology pillars with technical and sales specialists
- Central shared services functions across Finance, Billing, People, GRC, and Commercial
- Significant investments in our digital platforms, including CRM, PSA, HR, Billing, and Accounting systems; and
- A new on-shore innovation team accelerating development of Clevr360.
This work wasn’t simple – and it’s not finished – but it has created a stronger platform to build consistency, capability, and scale over time.
As our CEO, Steve Harris, explains, “This investment sets us up to realise our growth ambitions in FY26 and continue building a converged MSP.”
And from that foundation, the momentum started to show.
Clevr Exchange ’25: Coming together as one team
April wasn’t just the start of our new financial year, it marked the start of a brand new chapter with us coming together as one CloudClevr team.
Clevr Exchange ’25 brought our people, partners, and leadership under one roof to celebrate how far we’ve come, share our bold vision for the road ahead and strengthen relationships across teams.
With support from partners including Zoom, Gamma, Mitel, RingCentral, Intermedia, and Pangea, the event showcased not only CloudClevr’s evolution as a business, but also the strength of the ecosystem around us.
A new CloudClevr office in Cheltenham
2025 also saw us open our new office in the award-winning Grange Park, Cheltenham.
A modern, collaborative space that reflects who we are today – unified, energised, and ready for growth.
Smarter partnerships. Bigger impact. Unmatched momentum.
In 2025, we also deepened our relationships with major global technology partners as part of our focus on delivering better outcomes for customers, and were recognised for our increasing momentum with strategic partners.
Zoom
- We won the Rising Star Award
- We achieved Zoom Gold Partner status with commendable acceleration
- We rapidly progressed to Zoom Platinum Partner – the highest tier in the Zoom Partner Program, backed by over 150 accreditations, rigorous competencies, and deep alignment with Zoom’s roadmap.
Gamma & Webex
We also achieved Platinum Partnership with Gamma this year, which solidified our position in Webex migration and modernisation, building on customer demand for flexible, AI-powered, future-ready communications.
Together, we’re now enabling more seamless transitions from legacy to modern collaboration than ever before.
These weren’t isolated partner wins – they were the result of unified teams, consistent delivery, and the credibility built throughout the transformation.
This wasn’t about badges. It was about capability, trust, delivery and customer outcomes.
Gaining industry recognition
This was also a year our efforts were recognised by the industry.
Across the Comms Business Awards and Comms National Awards, we secured:
- Judges’ Choice Award: One to Watch
- Highly Commended: Best Reseller Business Transformation
- Highly Commended: Best SME Managed Service Customer Solution; and
- Multiple finalist nominations across Cyber Security, Workplace, and Large Reseller categories.
These recognitions reflect the journey we’ve been on – bringing together four businesses into one unified brand and delivering smarter solutions that drive real outcomes for customers.
This is just the beginning. We’re looking forward to delivering increasingly joined-up solutions for more customers in 2026.
Fuel for growth: A new funding partnership with NatWest
One of our biggest milestones this year was securing a long-term funding agreement with NatWest, strengthening our ability to scale organically and through future acquisitions.
It gives us the flexibility to invest in technology, people, customer experience, and our long-term growth strategy.
Backed by Rigby Technology Investments, this partnership marks the beginning of our next phase of expansion. Read the full press release here.
ClevrBytes: A clearer way to share what matters
This year, we launched a rebranded version of ClevrBytes – our monthly newsletter designed to cut through the noise and focus on what actually matters to IT and business leaders.
Through the refreshed format, we’re sharing clearer insight into what’s happening across cloud, communications, security, and IT, from industry changes and emerging risks to practical guidance, platform updates, and events our customers will genuinely benefit from being part of.
It’s another way we’re strengthening the connection with our customers:
Keeping them informed, helping them stay ahead, and giving them access to valuable information. Read ClevrBytes here.
Giving back: Purpose beyond profit
In 2025, we strengthened our commitment to doing business responsibly, launching our ESG programme alongside expanding our charity and community partnerships.
We’ve partnered this year with Sodali & Co. to better align our ESG strategies and programs with customer and stakeholder expectations and industry best practices, and to help us meet our ambitious sustainability goals for 2026 and beyond.
Built around three pillars – People, Tech and Planet – the programme focuses on practical action, not box-ticking. Our focus is on building an inclusive culture and embedding ESG accountability into leadership, delivering secure, efficient technology that reduces waste and risk, and taking measurable steps to lower our environmental footprint across offices, travel and hardware lifecycle management.
Alongside this, we continued to invest in our communities through partnerships with The ITSA Digital Trust, Longfield Hospice, and Wakefield Hospice, supporting digital inclusion, vital local care, and hands-on volunteering.
It’s an important foundation, and one we’ll continue to build on in 2026 as we deepen our impact for people, customers and the planet.
Looking ahead to 2026:
The foundation is set
2025 was about unification, learning and progress. The work isn’t finished, but the foundations are strong. With clearer direction, deeper partnerships, financial backing, and a growing sense of shared purpose, we enter 2026 focused on continuing to build, improve, and deliver for our customers.
That includes continuing to refine how our engineering, account, and customer-facing teams work together, so customers experience greater clarity, continuity, and value from CloudClevr.
We’re entering the new year with momentum, clarity, and purpose.
We’re building a truly Clevr converged MSP – boldly, thoughtfully, collaboratively, and with ambition.
Here’s to 2026. Here’s to what we build next.
