Field Marketing Manager

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join a new technology business at a time where the market is going through both significant change and high growth. The convergence of Communications and IT represents a significant opportunity over the next 3-5 years. The role is suited to someone who is passionate about technology and wants to make an impact and help drive a growing business forward.

About the Role

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of the integrated marketing campaigns within the marketing plan. The prime purpose of the role is to enable the sales teams in the field and drive awareness and demand through campaigns, ultimately resulting in pipeline and revenue.

We are looking for somebody who has demand generation, campaign management or field marketing experience in a B2B tech environment, and importantly somebody who can plan and execute.

As part of a small but growing company, the role holder will need to have a roll-up-sleeves approach and be flexible to work across the organisation and not be boxed in by what is and what isn’t on the job spec. CloudClevr is an ambitious, entrepreneurial spirited organisation that attracts people who can deal with ambiguity and can just make things happen.

 

Job Title: Field Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, manage and execute end-to-end field marketing campaigns

● Collaborate with businesses in the CloudClevr group, and their respective sales teams, to build campaigns that support pipeline and revenue goals

● Collaborate with the marketing team (digital, content, revops, copywriting, design) to create integrated campaigns across online and offline channels

● Develop and execute an ABM lite program to drive growth in established industry verticals with relevant and personalised campaigns

● Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team, ensuring they have the appropriate tools to go to market with

● Measure and report on campaigns success

 

Key Skills/Experience

● B2B marketing experience essential

● Experience of planning and executing field marketing or demand generation campaigns

● Some understanding of account-based marketing would be desirable, but isn’t essential

● Experience of working in a fast paced environment and able to adapt to rapid priority shifts aimed at sustaining competitive advantage

● A strong collaborator and used to working with multiple people and teams to bring everything together

● Ability to leverage agency partners and suppliers to achieve business results

● Good project management skills and attention to detail

 

Other Key information

● Reports into Marketing Director

● Hybrid work pattern expected with 2-3 days in a CloudClevr office location. Remote based initially but with flexibility to travel in line with business needs.

Post-SIPHON, Rob invested in and guided several growing businesses.
