Meet Our Executive Team

Steve is an experienced technology executive with a proven pedigree in creating and managing high-growth companies. Steve's career includes a pivotal role at Huawei UK, growing a team that achieved £100m+ in revenue in just three years. As CEO of SIPHON, Steve led organic growth and acquisitions, also reaching the £100m revenue milestone.
In 2022, Steve became CloudClevr's CEO. With extensive experience and a track record of success, he continues to drive innovation.

Rob is an accomplished tech executive known for building and leading innovative engineering teams in high-growth companies. With comprehensive expertise in technology, development, product and operations, Rob is a results-oriented professional. Rob co-founded SIPHON, which he nurtured for 12 years, eventually turning it into a top UC distributor and achieving more than £100m in revenue. Post-SIPHON, Rob invested in and guided several growing businesses.

Steve is Co-Chief Executive of Rigby Group. With over 30 years’ experience contributing to the growth of the Group, today he is responsible for leading strategy, finance and investments for the family in both the private and public markets. Steve sits on the boards of SCC, Rigby Technology Investments, Regional & City Airports, Rigby Real Estate, the Group’s hotel division, Nuvias Unified Communications, CloudClevr, Infinigate and Rigby Group.
