Fastnet Fish has been a trusted supplier of premium frozen fish and seafood since 1980. Headquartered in Grimsby, the business sources fish from over 40 countries worldwide, imports into the UK, and distributes nationwide to fish and chip shops, restaurants, and manufacturers.

The challenge: Rising costs, limited control

Fastnet Fish had been working with O2 directly for a long time. Initially, it worked. But as the business grew and mobile usage increased, cracks started to show.

“Because our salespeople travel worldwide, and we source our seafood globally, there is extensive international mobile usage and spend quickly became difficult to control,” says Claire.

The issue wasn’t simply higher usage – it was a lack of control and visibility.

International data access wasn’t properly enabled. There were no bundles or usage-based packages in place. All users were on the same tariff, regardless of how they worked.

As usage increased, bills became unpredictable and increasingly difficult to justify.
