A real-world win: London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine
When LSHTM decided to modernise its communications, the goal wasn’t a rip-and-replace. It was a future-ready, low-risk, phased plan that brought together the best of both worlds: Zoom for cloud agility and hybrid working, and utilising their existing Mitel setup for specialist on-premise environments like its high-security labs and 24/7 operational and analysis teams. Downtime and disruption wasn’t an option with a constant live environment.
