CloudClevr expands digital transformation capability with acquisition of Flow AI
- This acquisition marks the next phase of CloudClevr's M&A strategy, adding established automation and data expertise

01 September 2026, London, UK: UK converged Managed Service Provider CloudClevr today announced the acquisition of Flow Automated Intelligence (Flow AI) from SCC, strengthening its Digital Transformation capabilities and marking the next step in its renewed M&A strategy.
The acquisition follows CloudClevr’s announcement earlier this year that, having completed the integration of four specialist businesses into a single operating model, it was actively re-entering the M&A market to identify businesses that complement its existing capabilities and support its next phase of growth.
Flow AI is an established Digital Transformation managed services business with more than 20 years’ experience across document services, business process automation and information management. The business supports private and public sector customers nationally and brings approximately £8m of additional revenue and around 90 colleagues into the wider CloudClevr business.
As part of CloudClevr, Flow AI will form the foundation of a new Digital Transformation Practice, adding a fourth specialist Practice to CloudClevr’s operating model. The Practice will develop around two core pillars, AI & Automation Services and Data Services, complementing CloudClevr’s existing capabilities across IT, security, communications, collaboration, customer contact, connectivity and mobility.
The acquisition also supports CloudClevr’s wider investment in AI, which will operate across all of its Practices rather than as a standalone technology proposition. The business is developing its capability around practical AI adoption, automation and data, with a focus on helping customers identify and deliver use cases that address genuine operational challenges and produce measurable business outcomes.

Flow AI will initially continue to operate as a separate legal entity, retaining its existing brand, leadership and customer relationships while the businesses begin a phased integration.
For Flow AI’s existing customers, services, agreements and day-to-day relationships remain unchanged. Over time, they will gain access to CloudClevr’s broader portfolio of managed technology services, while CloudClevr customers will be able to access Flow AI’s specialist Digital Transformation capabilities.
