Hot off the heels of version 2.0, we’re pleased to announce the release of Clevr360 2.1 – our platform that provides a unified way for our customers to manage their IT real estate.
Version 2.0 of Clevr360 brought a range of new features, with a particular focus on IT security. This time new features focus on optimisation and adoption stats, with new stats on offer for Avaya and Mitel customers.
Here we take a deeper look into what’s new.
More ways to optimise licences
We’ve previously spoken about how companies are wasting money on their licences, with some stats indicating over half of licences may be going to waste.
In v2.1 we expand the visibility of licence usage to drive greater savings and ensure compliance.
- More licences now included. Clevr360 2.1 now offers insights into Avaya and Mitel licences, bringing greater visibility of your licence usage in one place.
- Increased visibility of usage over time. With even more licences now in Clevr360, it’s possible to see a wider picture of licence usage over time.
More ways to analyse your IT real estate
Being able to analyse systems and their usage is vital to understanding what’s working and not working and to drive IT adoption in your organisation.
In the latest Clevr360, we expand on the insights available.
- Expanded device inventory. Clevr360 now provides visibility of devices sitting within Avaya and Mitel PBXs such as IP phones and touch consoles.
- New adoption metrics. See service adoption levels of services and devices across your unified communications. For example, to see if phones are being used, providing an opportunity to relocate them if no longer needed.
- Analyse productivity. See calls made and received across all connected devices, and analyse and report by day or chosen period.
Better visibility all in one place
With the latest additions, Clevr360 brings together more information in one place – offering a joined up view of your IT real estate including usage and adoption.
